The Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO-RAP), in partnership with concerned development partners, is organizing an E-conference on Integrated Land and Water Resources Management in Rural Watersheds

The e-conference is also aimed to facilitate the establishment of an informal regional network of government departments, institutes, development partners, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and others interested in exchanging experiences and promoting integrated land and water management in rural watersheds.

The E-Conference is planned to start on 5 October, till 8 November 2009: Following are the important dates:
