E-Conference on Integrated Land and Water Resources Management in Rural Watersheds
The E-Conference on Integrated Land and Water Resources Management in Rural Watersheds are:
1) to review current implementation of integrated land and water resources management at different scales within rural watersheds; 2) share good practices and successful experiences within and outside the region; 3) identify major constraints and gaps; and 4) facilitate regional consensus on the way forwarded.
The e-conference is also aimed to facilitate the establishment of an informal regional network of government departments, institutes, development partners, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and others interested in exchanging experiences and promoting integrated land and water management in rural watersheds.
